Cancellation & Refund Policy
Koffo (operated by SGM Enterprise) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Exceptions

Perishable items (such as food, flowers, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation requests. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items

In case you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt of the product.

The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.
Product Not as Described

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product.

After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer your complaint directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
Refunds

In case a refund is approved by Koffo, it will take 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
